this morning, i got up a little earlier than usual so i could push a few carbs into my face and map a running route to work from the brooklyn bridge. i’m just about ready to lace up. but first, coffee.
this week’s workout schedule includes two easy runs, one not-so-easy run, an afternoon workout with some coworkers in our gym, and an early morning peloton cycle class on friday. all of this leading up to attending a saturday performance of heathers, the musical on broadway. turns out a friend of mine has an extra ticket. how could i say no??
